"Furious George" One million arguments
against Bush (Our "acting" resident
select and pretender) Impeach "Furious
George" This page
Updated: 05/03/08 "Last time people listened to
a bush they wound up wandering in a desert for 40
years!" Joe Kmel "They that can give up
essential liberty to obtain a little temporary
safety deserve neither liberty nor
safety" Benjamin

Get on the mailing list
and win a prize! This site contains news stories relevant to the current administrations dangerous incompetence. I believe that we've been endangered by Mr. Bush, his father and company, their ideas, policies, and beliefs. They have proven ruinous to the best interests of the United States, its people, and the peoples of the world. Mr. Bush is illegitimate, his morals questionable, his incapability obvious, and, as my friend put it, "his balls ain't his own". 2) Special note: the links When I started a few years ago I only passed on links through my newsletters. Recently I began archiving the web pages themselves as HTML files as I sent out the newsletter. More recently I began going back through all the newsletters and archiving those pages that those links referred to. Links that are followed by a notations such as this: (061303) mean the link is still good and that its page is archived. Links followed by (new link) (061303) indicate that when I went back to find the page it referenced, I ran into the following situations: the story had a new URL, because it had been archived by the site which created it, that it was found in a new place, or a parallel story had to be found. In the former case I made a (new link); in the latter I searched for an equivalent story with a close by date. If there is no parenthetical reference, that means I could not find the story but decided to keep the link up in case someone else can find it. Stories that do not have an original link, yet sill sport a (new link) are those which were originally passed on, but did not have an original link at that time. The reference number indicates one of the following; the date that I received the original link, the date of the story, or the date I filed it. My methodology for making the reference numbers has changed over time. Most usually the reference is within a week or ten days of the original story. If a link does not work and you want a story I can email you the web page, if you include the reference number. Thanks so much...read on! Some sites, such as the New York Times for example, require you to create a free account. There is a resource with which to check some links no matter how old they might get: http://www.archive.org/ this archive of web pages has been around for years and you might find that long lost site, article or what have you. 3) If you have a story to add, Please send a brief description and the link to: Regime Change Begins At Home 4) I believe that ridicule has its place Please see the limericks on: 4/25/02, or you can go to Songs of Bush, and hear my dulcet tones give Mr. Bush some serious laugh tracks. 5) Check out the most recent posted news at Current News 6) Fair Use Notice: http://www4.law.cornell.edu/uscode/17/107.htm TITLE 17 > CHAPTER 1 > Sec. 107. Sec. 107. - Limitations on exclusive rights: Fair use Notwithstanding the provisions of sections 106 and 106A, the fair use of a copyrighted work, including such use by reproduction in copies or phono records or by any other means specified by that section, for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching (including multiple copies for classroom use), scholarship, or research, is not an infringement of copyright. In determining whether the use made of a work in any particular case is a fair use the factors to be considered shall include - (1) the purpose and character of the use, including whether such use is of a commercial nature or is for nonprofit educational purposes; (2) the nature of the copyrighted work; (3) the amount and substantiality of the portion used in relation to the copyrighted work as a whole; and (4) the effect of the use upon the potential market for or value of the copyrighted work. The fact that a work is unpublished shall not itself bar a finding of fair use if such finding is made upon consideration of all the above factors If you wish to use copyrighted material from this site for purposes of your own that go beyond 'fair use', you must obtain permission from the copyright owner. |
